Certificate Print Preview Window Help This window allows you to preview a completion award before printing it. This window also gives you the opportunity to save the document to a file or load a previously saved document for printing. To get to this page from the Main Menu Page: 1. Click the Test button 2. Click the Post-Test button 3. Finish the entire test 4. Click the Next button while viewing the last question (or the Item     Review button, if available) 5. Click the Finished button 6. Click the Print Certificate button The following image represents the Print Preview Window: The following image represents the toolbar in the Print Preview Window: (Click a button to view its function.)

From left to right, the buttons are named as follows: The Zoom to Fit button allows you to reduce the page view to fit inside the window. The Zoom to 100% button allows you to view the page in full or actual size within the view window. The Zoom to page width button allows you to view the page where the horizontal sides of the page fit inside the window. The First page button does nothing in this window. The Previous button does nothing in this window. The Next button does nothing in this window. The Last page button does nothing in this window. The Printer Setup button advances to the common windows printer setup window. Select or change your printer settings and define the number of copies to print within the printer setup window. The Print button sends the current document to the printer. The Save button allows you to save the current document to a disk where it can be reloaded for printing at a later time.
